Back in the day, these personalities played a major role in shaping and influencing society's thinking. Like the artist and performer Joseph Beuys, who locked himself in a room with a coyote for 3 days and 3 nights during his first trip to America. This performance, "I Like America and America Likes Me," had a lasting impact on how people thought about the previously very disliked coyote in the United States. People's general attitude towards wild animals was shook to its core and rethought. For me, it was a life-changing experience that helped me re-examine my own prejudices and hates.
