One of our goals is to bring the world and the possibilities of the arts and philosophy closer to folks of all ages. The emotions and the experience of standing in front of a piece like "she-wolf" by Jackson Pollock is a one-of-a-kind experience that makes ya think. The value of artists and philosophers has increasingly become a background issue in our world, including but not limited to the impact of the pandemic. There have been times when these personalities have significantly shaped and influenced society's thinking. Like the artist and performer Joseph Beuys, who locked himself in a room with a coyote for 3 days and 3 nights on his first visit to America. This performance (I Like America and America Likes Me) had a lasting impact on the thinking about the previously very disliked coyote in the United States. The attitude many people had towards wild animals in general was shaken to its foundation and rethought. This was also a turning point for me, that opened my eyes and helped me to re-examine prejudice and hate. The value of these personalities has receded into the background due to the pandemic and other crises, but these are exactly the gate-openers that can unveil the veil in front of people's eyes and bring 'em together in times of crisis.
Our dream is a united world, where everyone sees themselves as part of the whole and everyone as a part of themselves.
